DC 31th century Legion War

Hello dear friends ,
I would like to introduce you to my biggest WIP ever 
Which i actually consider as my LEGACY to enrich mugen with
DC chars comparable to marvel ones
A far future comic war that canonically happens in the 31 century with 
Elements related to the present JLA , the 25th century league , the far future 
And all marvelously fantastic drawn in the 70s fashion golden age comics
This part of mugen and comics no one thought to enter  but now 
I hope dc fans and mmv members help me to create my first ever game 
I need help in stages , screenpacks , chars and everything 
I hope MMV sponsor this big game of mine i call 
"DC 31TH CENTURY LEGION WAR"
I m also creating a story mode taking the conflict between diffrent teams like JLI and the legion with future villians on a 2d plot

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]1#Tyroc a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th and 31st centuries.Tyroc (real name Troy Stewart) was the only resident superhero of the island of Marzal, which usually existed in a different dimension. Like Brigadoon, Marzal Island would sometimes reappear on Earth.
2#Wildfire was originally Drake Burroughs, an astroengineer. While he was working on a new propulsion system, the unit's safety valve snapped and discharged a blast of anti-matter energy. Burroughs was engulfed and his body disintegrated instantly. However, his consciousness somehow survived, and he found himself transformed into a being of pure anti-energy.
3#Timber Wolf  a superhero in the 30th and 31st centuries of the DC Comics Universe and member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. He comes from the planet Zoon (spelled in later stories as Zuun). His powers are enhanced strength,^[1] speed and agility.
4#Shadow Lass Her real name is Tasmia Mallor and her homeworld is Talok VIII. She has the power to project darkness.She eventually made her way to Earth, and entered the Legion tryouts and was accepted as Umbra, although her curt attitude irritated Sensor. As part of the Legion, she fought Mordru, and later played a key part in saving Wildfire - despite, after her initial fierce compassion, being disgusted at the thought of the forcible integration of his two original souls.
5#Dream Girl Nura's home planet is Naltor, where virtually all the inhabitants possess precognitive abilities. After foreseeing the deaths of several Legionnaires, she crafted an elaborate plan to save their lives. 
6#Brainiac-5  is a green-skinned, blond-haired teenage native of the planet Colu, who claimed to be descended from the original Brainiac
 He wished to join the Legion as atonement for his great-great-grandfather's misdeeds. When Brainiac 1 was revealed to be an android created by the Computer Tyrants, Brainiac 5 "discovered" he was actually descended from Brainiac 2, the leader of the rebellion against the tyrants, as well as being the clone of the original Brainiac.


7#Lightning Lass She is the twin sister of fellow Legionnaire Garth (Lightning Lad) and the younger sister of the villainous Mekt (Lightning Lord). All three gained their lightning powers after being attacked by creatures called lightning beasts on the "lightning world" of Korbal.


# AndromedaLaurel Gand spent most of her early life in a xenophobic Daxamite White Triangle community, being indoctrinated in the "horrors" of interspecies co-operation before the Triangle's political clout led her to become the Daxamite representative in the Legion. Away from Daxam's red sun, she gained powers similar to Superman's, but the race-wide hypersensitivity of Daxamites to lead meant that even minuscule amounts could prove fatal, even to a powered-up Daxamite, forcing her to wear a transuit at all times. This did not trouble her, since it meant she never had to actually touch any non-Daxamites.


8# Superboy Prime Shortly after the events of Geoff Johns' Superman and the Legion of Super-Heroes storyline, the Time Trapper finds Superboy-Prime lost in time. He decides to use him to destroy the Legion and sends him to the 31st century, where he crashes in a farm outside of Smallville.


9# Colossal Boy Gim Allon was mutated by a radioactive meteorite, gaining the superhuman ability to increase his size. His superhero codename became Colossal Boy. With his parents' blessing, he joined the Legion of Super-Heroes, becoming a member in good standing.


10#Cosmic Boy is a founding member of the Legion of Super-Heroes, along with Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl, and he has the superhuman ability to generate magnetic fields.


11#Warhawk(Rex Stewart) is a fictional character created for the DC Animated Universe,Warhawk is a member of Justice League Unlimited (the Justice League of the future) alongside Big Barda, Green Lantern (Kai-ro) and Aquagirl (Mareena). 


12#Saturn Girl As a Legionnaire, Imra gained a reputation for self-sacrifice; just prior to the leadership elections of 2975, she learned that a Legionnaire would die during an attack on Earth and decided to take on that responsibility herself.


13#Kid Quantum After her brother's death, she underwent surgery to augment her power to a level where she would not require the belt. Despite initial hostility to the Legion when she first joined, she was eventually elected leader of the team, thanks in large part to Cosmic Boy's recommendation of her; she later entered into a relationship with him. Jazmin is a native of the planet Xanthu.


14#Lightning Ladd is a founding member of the Legion of Super-Heroes along with Saturn Girl and Cosmic Boy. Born on the planet Winath, he is the twin brother of fellow Legionnaire Ayla Ranzz (Lightning Lass), the younger brother of the supervillain Mekt Ranzz (Lightning Lord), and the father of two sets of twins; Sons Garridan (Validus) and Graym Ranzz and daughters Dacey and Dorrit Ranzz.


15# Sun Boy Dirk Morgna's father owns a nuclear power plant, where Dirk works as a helper. While he is delivering supplies to one of the plant's scientists, Dr. Zaxton Regulus, the machine the scientist is working on explodes resulting in the death of fellow worker Zarl Hendricks. Dr. Regulus blames the accident, and his subsequent dismissal, on the interruption. He tries to gain revenge on Dirk by throwing him in an atomic reactor; however, due to Dirk's "one-in-a-million genetic structure" instead of killing him, the radiation gives him the power to generate heat and light.


16#Princess Projectra a member of the royal family of the low-tech planet Orando, and possesses the superhuman ability to generate illusions affecting all five senses. During her membership in the LSH, she met, fell in love with, and married the martial artistKarate Kid. After her father King Voxv died, she fought her cousin Pharoxx and her mentor Hagga, who sought to usurp the throne. Afterward she became Queen Projectra of Orando, and she and Karate Kid became reserve members of the Legion of Super-Heroes. 


17#Cosmic King was born Laevar Bolto on the planet Venus. He was an alchemist who spent his life trying to invent a ray that could change an object's atomic structure into that of another. He was finally successful when he was able to transform a flower into a sparkling jewel. After accidentally falling in front of the ray himself, he found that he possessed the ray's ability innately, which he projected from his eyes. When he approached the Venus government officials with his discovery he was informed that his power of transmuting chemical elements was considered evil. As such, he was banished from Venus and travelled to the Earth's past where he became part of the Legion of Super-Villains, who broke Lex Luthor out of jail after he made a radio to contact them, before being defeated and captured by the Legion of Super-Heroes. He is sometimes depicted as wearing a breathing device.


18#Earth Man  he claimed to have discovered a crystal tablet in the Arctic which proved that Superman was not an alien, but a human who was granted powers by Mother Earth to protect the Earth from alien invaders. Using this knowledge, Earth-Man was able to sow distrust and hatred of aliens among the people of Earth, resulting in its seceding from the United Planets, and all aliens on Earth being violently captured and deported.


19#Mon El allowing him to be released from the Phantom Zone for brief periods of time, and he is considered an honorary Legionnaire. Brainiac 5 later creates a long-term antidote (which still requires periodic ingestion), and he becomes a full member. During his long career, he is written as one of the Legion's three most-powerful members along with Superboy and Ultra Boy, and serves two terms as leader.


20# Blok a member of the League of Super-Assassins, where he was manipulated by the Dark Man, a clone of Tharok, into attacking the Legion of Super-Heroes.^[1] Blok, possibly the last of a silicon-based species native to the planet Dryad, had been convinced by Tharok that the Legion was seeking to destroy his home world, when in fact the Legionnaires were working to save it. When he learned that the Legionnaires were not his enemies, he turned on the Assassins and eventually joined the Legion.


21# Night Girl a native of the planet Kathoon,^[1] a world which is in perpetual darkness, heated by an internal power source. Lydda has super strength, given to her by her scientist father, but only at night or in deep shadow.^[2] Her powers were negated by the presence of ultra-violet energy.


22#Booster Gold after the Justice League falls apart, Booster Gold joins Extreme Justice, a team led by Captain Atom.^[9] While a member of this team, Booster makes a deal with the supervillain Monarch, who fully heals Booster's wounds so that he can once again remove his battle suit. Booster dons a new costume created by Blue Beetle. Skeets acts as its systems controller, who aids Booster and is able to take control of the costume if Booster is rendered unconscious.

25#Commander Steel a wealthy industrialist, incorporated the same mechanized components into his grandson, much to his grandson's disapproval. Heywood III was a "Justice League Detroit" team member.


26#Red Rocket Dmitri Pushkin (Rocket Red #4) became a member of the Justice League International after the previously assigned Rocket Red #7 was revealed to be a Manhunter android. A kind-hearted and jolly man with a taste for American culture, Dimitri served with the Justice League International for many years.


[size=31]27# Godiva [/size]is one of the members of the relaunched Justice League International with her hair apparently restored in the wake of Flashpoint.^[3] She is appointed to the team by UN director Andre Briggs, who uses her to win the favor of a high-ranking British politician. Upon joining the League, Godiva begins to flirt with Booster Gold.


28# August General in Iron is invited to join the new Justice League International, with the United Nations council that assembled the group noting that he was selected because he represents "The world's most populous nation". His comments about the superiority of Chinese engineering quickly draw the ire of Rocket Red.
 
A game of 30 chars will take years to come  but when this dream is achieved it will revitalize mugen world

Wow! Such a Great Idea! I hope you can go forward on this, you know, you can use Quasar to add Star Boy (Animated series / Mark Waid Version) and in Mugen archive there is a more finished booster gold that adds some movements made by Ted Kord , always though you can make a good chameleon boy if you add piccoro`s head on morpho´s body , I like your Cosmic Boy, and I cant wait to have him and Lightning Lad, (since they are the team founders)..

for news hypers ok? Cosmic Boy is like a Magneto char,he can manipulate, repel or attract metal objects of different sizes. Cosmic Boy can mobilize iron meteorites and large satellites from space with minimal effort. It can use its magnetic power in the rocks that contain the iron ore and throw them as projectiles. It can also magnetize metal objects so that they are magnets themselves and adhere to other metal objects, ok? nice work!!
