Well you could use Ghostrider, hes all ready been released, but maybe change it a little so it's different from Ghostriders pants. Like remove the spikes, change the color from blue to black.

If he has what you need than use it.

Bane could be used but his pants don't look like jeans.

You could also try Joseph from JoJo's bizarre adventure to. You may need a new upper body though to fit those legs?

Anyway, here's the ghostrider/Maxima base but using the other bases I posted for you for a little variety and color.

You can also mix Joe higashi and Remy together, they look similar?

Sagat and Tiger is another combination that might work?

I should and not care what happens I feel it should all be free no mater what mugen was created for free so all should be free and we just credit whom we use

Looking good to, but still looks like Bane remove the upper body black straps.

I'm all for using whatever but you need to make it your own to. You wanna have players think that it's T-Ray, not Bane.

But

It does work. Just edit him a little futher. Try and make a final version with all details just o get where you are gonna go with this. Then after that just build a good base and go back when you are ready to add the details in. I did that with Link TLoZ and it was a good strategy, made the wip go super fast.

I'm gonna use my orignal and maby bane as a self in hanced I'm not sure yet

not really digging the bane edit. i like the original look though

If you're still looking for a base, may I suggest T-hawk? He's got the right build, and somewhat similar hairstyle/attire.
