May be MUGEN1.0 Explod bindtime cannot take the value of 0, while MUGEN1.1a4 and WinMUGEN (sorry I don't have WinMUGEN any more so cannot be sure about it...) can automatically set Explod bindtime value to 1 internally, when 0 is used? | |
