Yeah this was a big year for marvel fans, nico had finished his sprites of this great character about 2years ago, but there was many animations still missing, and in wanting to finish them along with coding Clint
along with juggling other wips, hawkeye just got prolonged further and further, then we had talks of it being released after the next project, but as soon as the last bit of coding was completed, i wanted it released, only coz attention for Hawkeye was so high, sometimes its better not to have wips that draw too much attention, this was a huge character for nicotinefist to work on a specially after black widow 2years prior, so i hope he is enjoying his good work being in everyone's hands, thanks to all who voted
and hopefully we'll see him get some updates to make him even better

i've thought this was one of the best chars for a long while. a true classic must have. so i look forward to those improvements arkady speaks of.


i'd also like to note to everyone just how awesome all of the characters that were even being voted on were. there was some truly awesome stuff put out last year

Congratulations! So many years of waiting... and now we have him. I can't find words, to explain how much it means for me and all other fans of Marvel. This is really the character of the Year!

There were many good chars, but Hawkeye totally deserves this award. Congratulations to the both of you for the great job.

Ever since I have played my first Marvel video game (Spider-man the VideoGame), I got to know about the awesomeness of Hawkeye.




Now, thanks to Nicotinefist and Arkady, we can all have a well-made Hawkeye in our MUGEN!
