I think you can edit Samurai Spirits Galford's pet dog Poppy for that?

Im gonna give my weskertastic vote for wesker, since more resident evil chars are always good to see.

thats a good idea borewood, if i remember there was a Phoenix Wright w.i.p by gonzaLOL here that was never complete, about wesker i remember there was a edit of neo with color separation, ironically is the closest thing that exist to look like his Re5 version.

I gave my vote to Wesker ...as there are some versions of him that
have not been made for mugen yet (RE Code Veronica X, RE5 etc) and
it is always nice to see another Resident Evil character made for mugen
