man thing? wipd or not

I remembered a few years ago there was a man thing wip, I think the creator posted it at scruffyd site.
the base was off of abudo from raging dragons
Can anyone remember who it was? Or most importantly if it was readily a sprites character, through out that wip, or a one off sprite edit

I-if someone was or is working on him... It would be tough as nails... But, I would love to contribute. O.O Man-Thing is so mistreated, it hurts! I even have some hypers I could get started on for him! OvO

Of Course It's Dead!! Because every time I get excited about characters I like, there's always that little thing that upsets me in a big way... File's been deleted from the internet; after years of searching, find out it's a rumored character; creator refuses to upload or share the character; W.I.P. was abandoned; file was uploaded to Megaupload ONLY; character only exists as stand and crouch sprites....
