The base is Blair with that color separated version, and cape is ScarletWitch's, the face is blair with that manually added mask by me

Oh shit now I see the Blair base really well put to gather I might be working on those winter soldier heads real soon I hope I was helping ax with penguin when I wasn't in as much pain but now that he's retired for good I can turn my focus back here

Nope it's a straight pain so penguin might stay like that sadly I wanted to do more but if he gets tougher agin it might be the last thing I work on after iron man project I'm headed to either a captain America project or hulk and then mics project 's like getting all character 's done that appeared in marvel ultimate alince

It's a good idea for a more advanced or polished future released of the character. And the intro should be with his direct counterpart that is Rorschach, who also already exists as a playable character in MUGEN.
