yeah probably. I think I mentioned earlier in the thread where I got the sprites from.

I am using some sprites from scruffydragon's forum, so if the game was on there then yeah it probably came from his wip. They look pretty good and I needed something that would fit scorpion so I removed them from the .gifs I found on there and edited the sprites for this scorpion wip.

The wip looked a few years old so I guess it must of been dropped, I heard a rumor about some spider-man game to being cancelled, but in any case if the wip is still in progress by one of the scruffydragons then it wouldn't really matter as the bases and designs are just different enough to give variety between the two wips.

They'll no doubt be different wips as it is unlikely that these scorpion wips would turn out to be identical. They'll likely only have the tail in common. I really didn't like the head on that scorpion wip either. I think I prefer to have a scorpion wip in this way so I'm gonna use these sprites with no disrespect intended but for the joy of it.

Actually I think the tail came from some other wip on scruffy forums. On Deanjo I re-created the head only. His tail was different as well.

I really like the tail that Ax is using. No need for him to complicate ( my opinion )

He should use his arms, or at least one.

Im imaging he sould block with the arm (the one who will side to the stage) and his tail at the same time... maybe.

If not, it could be both arms (normal style) and the tail at the same time just like 'flamma' shows.

But anyway, he looks great.

I give you props ax,just thought i recognized the tail as i am using it too but modified stinger.lol and i do think that the scorpion in that wip was axed,hey that works on two levels,no pun intended. Keep up the great work bubba!!!

the color of the pack on his back should match the color of the tail or try to make it look more armor like, maybe add speed lines to the tail when it swings around to hit (cause it can move really fast and hit really hard), his teeth don't have to be sharp and his mouth doesn't have to be open all the time. other than that, it looks great!
