Golden Freddy has no eyes because he has no endosqueleton (or whatever you what to call it), that's why someone took the golden freddy custume (otherwise it would be imposible to put on the golden freddy suit), lured the kids and murdered them, the murderer has been caught, but the kids were never found, there's a teory around the web thats says the animatronics are the missing kids, who want revenge from the murderer (confusing every adult with the murderer) but are friendly to childreen, that explains the minigame where you are the puppet that gives gifts to 4 dead childreen, and then you "revive the childreen as animatronics", but it's just a theory (a game theory )

Did golden freddy caused the bite of 97?
Because I google it on bite of 97 and it said that he caused the bite of 97.

That's a guess, my principal suspects are foxy, wich would explain the broken jaw in the original five nights at freddy's (as five nights at freddy's 2 is clearly a prequel), and there's "The Mangle" wich it's bite could cause all the new animatronics get destroyed and it would explain why five nights at freddy's original game has only 5 animatronics (4 if you do not include golden freddy), both of them has sharp theet that could clearly cause the byte of 97

The First Freddy Fazbear Was Golden Freddy But, Theres Another Animatronic Name Freddy FazBear
Golden Freddy Was Replaced By Freddy All The Parts From Golden Freddy Is On Freddy.

Golden Freddy's Real Name is FredBear!
