Something like this in your MUGEN stage .def file:

layerno = 0         ;;; usually the value of 0, unless you want your Alfred animation covering P1 & P2
start = 36,-211    ;;; where you want to put your Alfred animation in to...
delta = .62, .98    ;;; should not be too different than your main background (the big mansion) delta
                             (my case main background is delta = .5, 1)
mask = 0             ;;; use the value of 1 if there is some transparency problem....

[Begin action 1]    ;;; just like normal MUGEN character animation format
12,0,0,0,5
12,1,0,0,5
12,2,0,0,7
12,3,0,0,5
12,4,0,0,48

** assume your Alfred sprite no. starts with 12
