Did Arkady give you permission to make this?

I'm ok with it hypersonic, i think if someone can re-invent a character like they did, that its ok
if it was a crappy pallete swap, I'd be pretty disappointed, but this is cool, i only wished it was colored in a way that i could make more palletes, but unfortunately that's most likely not gonna happen
i remember me and Acey talked about a zombie version of Luke cage, or a afro version too
a few years back, this really surprised me I'm very happy to see this, i also think a few more intros and outros would be good, and also negate the zombie sound to just when he attacks, not on the stance (way too much)

sadly I cannot make sprites from zero, but I am not giving credits for me, I admit the owner and I never deny the real author.
In all mugen pages I uploaded this chars I always write the real creator is Arkady
I could use only for me, but I think other people deserve to share this.

What hypersonic was talking about is basic permission, which generally is a quick pm to whoever created the work to see if they mind, or want to help, had i known i would have been able to give you some tips on how to create a better color pallete, either way the character turned out great, the sounds need a bit of tweaking like i mentioned before, but great work.
no apologies nessesary as long as creators create new content, not just adjust or recolor old stuff in all for it, most of my work started from other works, its all about asking around and finding out who is willing to help create what you want, and the best technique to make it easier too
