ELEKTRA 2.1 RELEASED

Fede is not Encoder, he already said that he only work spriting, and at this point he did an excellent job, the rest of the stuff just with a good Encoder.

I've tried to use this and the previous release, but it doesn't seem to run for me. Is this for Mugen 1.0?

You must take issue with your mugen because it works, it works perfectly Winmugen and mugen 1.0

- first: need to complete the char with all basics sprite, for examples: medium kick and strong kick are egual now.. need another different kick.. and some gethit sprite are missing (somebody says)
- second: need to fix the knife (i've talked to you about this with pm)
- third i can start with programming new thing (as hyper)
