It really depends on the version, since there's no separated coat sprites out there then Rogue jacket is the best option.

Besides some design has jacket only too

It's nice that someone tries to make a good and creative version of Lady Shiva.
It's a not so used and very interesting base, although the upper part of the legs, the thighs, seem too wide. Perhaps the x1 pix reduction will help to aestheticize that area. I think Rubiheart's coat could look better on her. Color separation is a luxury.

Rubiheart is really good but sadly her coat closes in between.
And I now just did a reduction of her upperpart legs and thanks for pointing out Very Happy
