Is it easy to use?

It's a very basic program. It allows you to edit .pcx files directly and save as them to. It has a batch converter and can save in many different image formats and the program itself allows you to create and alter indexed palettes within the image itself. Plus it has an easier eraser/color-eraser tool than MS Paint.

Now there are other programs more advanced than this one but they tend to be slower programs and more complicated, in my opinion too complicated for mugen development.

So i would recommend MOS WORKSHOP. It's lite, simple/easy, and quick.

With this program I've produced 3 animations a day for some wips using this program.


It has a small bug or two though but it's worth using.

The Cross Art of Ogre is done I made 2 because of the shield it swiches from his left arm to his right arm the other animation his shield stays in his left arm

     

the sprites kinda suck

Oh that is wonderfully detailed. His costume just screams Tekken :p
