i dont mean to be harsh but we all need to upgrade peoples, mugen 1.0 is all i do now, even all my updates will be to mugen 1.0, so expect the characters that i have released in the past to be upgraded to mugen 1.0 only, winmugen as good as it was is now inferior, just like the homo-sapians (sorry magneto joke)
very easy to upgrade all you do is download mugen 1.0 fron the electbyte site, and drop your existing chars folder into it, and voila
down side is you'll probably need to get a new screenpack, but thats half the fun of editing mugen anyways, so please no patch requests, i wont do them, nor do i advocate the use of patches, coz the amount of bugs that can result in it (as if my work doesn't have enough already)
just upgrade its not rocket science

It is an awesome character. Although I've noticed one issue with it. When Havok does his ringy, knock back attack, if someone hits him with an attack it produces a clone that just stands there.

i was given the spritesheet to complete by z999 at cvg about a year ago (maybe longer) that animation was not on there, i can dig it up from this sff they made before i got on board, just wait till i get to some feedback on the new version ive just today uploaded, so yeah re-download havok tell me what needs fixing if any, if there is sonething major still goin on, i'll add that animation on the next update, cheers
