As far as I can tell, not much was changed from ikaruga's Shimo aside from the palette and the small portrait, which now looks like garbage due to incorrect paletting.

So yeah, its just a palette swap of Shimo. And a bad one to boot, especially when her hair is all one solid color.

Honestly, this should have just been released as a palette instead of a whole character.
