I certainly would not post an edit of someone elses characters without trying at least to contact the original artist first, I haven't asked yet as I have made no actual decision on which to go ahead with yet. in my opinion I want more dc characters but on the flip side mugen could always do with more marvel villains especially female villains. | |

I cant argue with your reasoning for choice  however, FYI Viper is an agent of Hydra (amongst other things) and Red Arrow is the former Green Arrow Sidekick Speedy based roughly based on the version from the Young Justice Cartoon | |

| Well I think that viper would be a better decision, the more I think that very much depends on your personal taste, ultimately making a char is not so simple.
Firstly there is already a red Arrow in mugen, already with viper does not.
Another thing . In mugen only we have 6 female villains from the marvel universe (Mystic, spiral, Agony, Birdy, scream and Deathstrike), it would be a good addition tue viper. | |
