I was thinking, why don't we have more than 1 winner?

I mean like the Olympics, 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place?



There would still be an overall winner above all the others like in any award for mugen but others could be honored as well who came in close, especially if they got many votes to.


Just an idea to expand our awards a bit more over the other forums and really make MMV stand out from the rest with a little more innovation.

I like that idea ax, it makes more people involved, not just the same creator/creations or popular votes getting acknowledgement, I think this has been done on other sites also

I think we should wait and see if we even manage to get more than 2 people nominated.
If that happens then 1st,2nd and 3rd places dont sound that bad

Was posted that will end nomination phase on Sunday before. However, backtracking on that due to the influx of more people nominating and checking to see if they'll change their selections due to many picking things that had already achieved official candidate status.

i figured taskmaster would be an easy winner for jan-mar 2014 character due to very fun to play with and being something all-new.

was a very close race between loganir's stages and interactive mugen for non-character release. arachno-man's spiderman/carnage stages did well too.

In the near future, specifics on the quarterly process will be updated. Nothing is changed from how we did things here:

Hey I just noticed that Adminbot's MMV avatar has a upgrade!  Wow, it looks so nice now! 

why only win a creators for chars??? I creator for stages, palletes and some other things....is a shame no win best pallete creator or another like best stage 1.0 or 1.1 etc etc

not a bad idea yolo, to bad not much stages are released, well not much if you compared to the number of chars, however, the best pallete contest would be interesting.

Theres actually the other mugen release contest, in wich i think the stages participate too.
