Mugen Resource Section Explanation

This is the old open source section, which was an idea by tank402. It has been re-purposed into a section for resources to help anyone towards Mugen creation.

All of my works are open source.

But I would really appreciate credit for whatever you use from my characters.

ex. Thanks to Ryon for effects.

This forum section is being remade into something bigger.

Please give us time to move the topics containing tutorials, tools for creation, materials, and any other subject matter to it.

Good idea, it was hard to find tutorials in all of that stuff.
