One of my oldest friends in the Mugen community is Toni. I used to write various Mugen creation articles for a blog and got to know him then. We did an article for Supergirl, who at the time was a WIP. You can check all that at: http://mmcelhaney-fiction.blogspot.com/2009/03/wip-focus-supergirl-by-toni.html

He recently allowed us to now host her. But we'll also announce that you can expect an update in the future due to a member here (who shall remain nameless for now) has plans to update her further.

The creator was at the guild for a while,he listened to feedback,was overall a really nice guy.
This Supergirl is a nice character,i remember having a really old version of her when i first started mugen
