His name is Captain Thunder I believe.

but check your near shoulder near the top. that yellowish line looks a little off in 1 frame.

Hmmm... maybe you can use smart palette to create scar on his face for flashpoint palette? It will be good.

It would be nice to have the junior marvels or shazam leutinents in mugen like captain marvel junior (CM3) or mary marvel.
