As you can see im a big fan of anarky, for me he is one of the most facisnating characters of dc comics, anarky defends anarchism as the way to fight coruption , he is seen as a villain with his own interests behind anarchism .

Some times i participate in riots and annonymous manifestations against corruption and for the liberty and respect of every european citizen, so i decided to make a sprite of anarky i hope you like it , i zoomed the sprite so you notice the details

I like it but i think this is a better look

just add the symbol on the hat and chest and a cloak of cape! i also think that maybe he would look good with some black on him, like the gloves and the shoes?

Not a bad base but change it up a bit so it's not just a palette swap. Edit things like the spurs on the boots, you could keep the hat but change the face, add a cape, etc.

The stance doesnt fit,he looks like a cocky bastard,and not like a person who wishes to wreak havoc for whatever reason.A lil editing will be needed,but i say go for it
