Elongated Man updated by Fede X

Hello friends, I know that it has been a while since I published anything, and it has really been difficult for me to do things in MUGEN, but yesterday I had a little time, and I wanted to do something. And I noticed that an author on another forum had included an improvement on DC's Elongated Man (from our dear friend Jhonny DC). So I decided to give the char a chance and make a few improvements to it... So... well I've finished this. And I am really very satisfied with the result.
Things I've fixed
* Fixed some sprites (they had colors not made transparent) and added sprites 9000.1,2,35
* Added Voices (did not have one) and sounds
* Hyper Portraits CvS system added (now looks cool)
* Super Jump added
* Running FX added
* Added Voices for Hypers (English voice) and others (intros endings, Taunt)
* Its codes were modified a little (now it runs faster and faster)
* Fixed the palette system, now you can make more palettes  (but I'll leave that to my friend Yolo (He says I'm terrible at doing them hahahaha)).

And there were few details left to improve and I couldn't get images of the char with his traditional uniform (it's difficult to get), but it was a massive update

Thanks friends. I'm happy that you liked it. As I had said, I saw a lot of potential in him, and I was encouraged to polish him. ... By the way, I'm taking advantage of this post to ask skhsato123 if he'll allow me to fix Captain Cold a little... and some small fixes have been made. but he has many gameplay errors.
