I think it's either Blaze Fielding with her skirt/shorts edited out, or Eliza Masters' lower (both of which basically are of the same base)

She reminds me of Jessica Jones from Marvel Comics...

Just recently had a TV Show on NetFlix,
however i'm pretty possitive that it's just Blaze Fielding
as everyone else stated...
