Okay, I've tried him for about 5-10 mins in arcade, training, and watch modes. And he is indeed a solid character. He is more of a long-range and defensive character. His AI is decent, not that brutally aggressive or passively defensive, but also not that weak either. He is capable of holding Kenshiro99's strong Thor to round 3 in AI mode and even winning over him sometimes. Also, I found no major feedback. Great release! Thank you so much!

Another great character with your well-known high level of quality.
One bug is that skuttlebutt doesn't show up at all or at the bottom of the screen during that hyper.

Also reporting here the skuttlebutt problem on mugen 1.1.(the spaceship is on the bottom).On mugen 1.0 worked fine!

Congratulation i see alot of cool stuff
I like the effects too
An advice about feedback to me is in the hypermoves
Some pausetime should be more fast in this way the opponent have not the time to break the hyper
By the way really solid work thanks for sharing

Man he is very beautiful, very well done, his sprites call my attention a lot, he is fun and imposing. I agree with the friend JARRO77, you could put a super pause so that the intro animation of each hyper could be completed without the opponent moving first, because 90% of the time the opponent interrupts the hyper, this reminded me of a video of the knights of the zodiac in real life where by the time they completed their special the villain was already gone. I laughed a lot.
