This is a great improvement. I love the char as a whole.
Two feedbacks from me: - His bubble (D,B+LK/MK/HK) is infinite. You can repeat it over and over without the opponent being able to block, counter, or even move.

Thanks, I know the bubble problem, but I don't know how to solve, if you know will be great
