I uploaded 2 Kravens (one can be seen inside the Kraven folder), Bigpimp and I had different delay effect in the intros in our screenpacks, so if the main characterfile has delay then the other file should work like mine does.

i found a few bugs with the being hanged and attacked by tigers super, while doing the super if you press forward the opponent doesn't stand up and there invincible and also missing sprites in the intros

I think that has something to do with the delay candido has mentioned. I also experienced them while using the main file. Use the other folder (inside the Kraven's main folder) and it should fix all the missing sprites during intro and the hyper bug.
@candido159 The Transformation hyper is too slow to activate and thus too easy for the opponent to avoid. Even after you make the opponent dizzy, the time window is still too long. Another feedback: his damage is too great. His basic combo (LP, LK, MP, MK, HP) has too much damage (almost twice as others' usual basic combo). Maybe it has something to do with the damage dampener?

i actually noticed that file but didn't bother to look at it, just thought it was for version 1.1 or misplaced hahaha so I tried that other file the intro's fixed but the hyper bug is still there

Eyy yo nice find, I've been finding more errors but didn't see this one, I will look on it tonight and will try to fix it thanks for pointing it out.

Congratulation bro i really like him
Is fast and making good combo with punch and kiks also like specials and hypers
Would be cool in future try to give him some new hypers
And about the Spear Hyper i just want give my opinion
To give a more Fury and Crazy Hyper Move would be cool if Kraven Trow alot of Spears
In this way spears pierce the opponent and stay on him for a while
Like he remains laundry in several places hahahahah to me would be AWESOME
Anyway this is really a great work now finaly we have Kraven for Mugen
