Lots of work done on "Preview Panel"

Took awhile, but made major changes to the Preview Panel:

- Shifted some things around depending on dates
- Removed many items that had been there too long
- Added a some new things to replace items that'd been there too long

Some of the releases are not completely in date order, but that is because we are in the midst of our Easter event at: https://mugenmultiverse.forumotion.com/t15470-mmv-easter-egg-event-2022

...so will re-visit ordering after it.
