A question; Mr. Mxyzptlk, should I have physical hits or just magic?

I guess, only magic attacks. Hard to remember, when he puch something.

If I recall he would never really physically attack someone. It would almost always be magical. But he might do the odd attack if he had some magic enhancement.

Think of a cartoon character blowing up their glove like a balloon, then punching someone with it. Kinda silly, but more magical than physical attack.

Well... My idea for him was like:

He will be always on flying mode (If you hold UP he didnt jump, instead he will "fly up")

His basic attacks will not stop him from flying, and will be like "hands" and "foots" constructs spawning in front of him;

As CPU, he will be always flying around and throwing those constructs and objects around the screen (Also teleporting some times to always trying keep distance from the enemies)


Sort as a boss a character.

Mxy is more of a trickster reality warper than a magician or wizard, that's not a big difference for a mugen game though. Here's some of his antics from the animated and live action Superman related shows. I hope using Gilbert Gottfried's voice is a possibility.
