This Captain Planet by Scruffy looks great!

Too bad as with all other recent Scruffy videos, it will probably never be downloadable

I’d love to have Captain Planet in my roster. I saw in the comments that if you want to download him, whoever commissioned him will have to leak it or of course you have to pay him for it

Is there another Cap Planet out there?

I agree with that to some degree but I also understand people need to make money. I don't see a problem with people selling original characters they've made but people shouldn't sell characters from dc, marvel, capcom, etc because they don't own those characters nor do they have the right to profit off of them

Yeah and I think that's wrong, but it's not like we can force people to stop profiting off of characters they don't own. All we can do is explain why it's not right and hope they understand.

He's not doing anything wrong. A person goes to him and pays him to create a character, and he does it. It's an agreement between two people. Sharing is also his decision. He just suggested, if you want, make your commission, as he doesn't want to share his characters. Instead of creating conspiracy theories, try to make your own. Your will be much more productive.

No of course not, that's why I think it's pointless trying to convince people to change their ways. I just said there's nothing I can do to force him to stop but voice my opinion. Honestly I don't care if he does commissions or not, it shouldn't bother me if he does something I don't like. The best I can do is ignore people like that and not let them phase me.

sorry but the law states
any thing from a company that you do not own the copy right licence for can not be sold that is characters and stages if it contains a licence character or property with in it it is completely not legal
To sell and at any time
if one of those company's want they can shut us down for selling their property s and sue for copyright infringement

You can how ever sell your own custom original characters and stages/games that you have made as long as it has no copy right character s in it at all

The mugen engine is open sourced but the characters from the different company 's are not we are allowed to edit and distribute freely as long as there is no profit gaind in doing so from those company's characters or assets

Now you can accept donations for what you have done
If people want to donate to help you out they can but they should not be required nor should anything be walled off by a pay wall and they are donating to you not them paying for a character because that is illegait
it still needs to be distributed for free

Sorry this is just how the copyright law is and so snk or capcom or any one else don't shut us down and sue you I wanted to let you and everyone else know

But like I said I don't care if he commissions original characters but he doesn't own the rights to dc, marvel, capcom, etc so It's stupid to try and sell something you don't even own.
