Happy Birthday MMV!

This background is inspired by and based on the Living Tribunal character from MARVEL Comics. Also, includes sprites created by Kimczi, so thanks for those contributions.

I have been using other space bgs for the Living Tribunal but an appropriate stage for the char is very welcome.

The stage is superb. Too bad The Living Tribunal is just a headswap of Major Force. The creator didn't even bother to change the stance.
