Are these Lifebars possible to make in mugen? With the effects, vertically and the special counter, in image instead of numbers?
The yellow bars are life, green bars are power and the blue is the especial counter.

I will continue to search for a way to do it. i found them lost in my wip folder i made it in 2013. the normal ones I already made some, but this vertical I still haven't been able to do.
