I've not downloaded him but from the video here are some honest comments:

The head doesn't match the body - it's a completely different style, and different colours from his body. Plus there's only 1 or 2 different heads. It looks like you've pasted a picture of Abomination's head on Hulk's body. I would look at using that head as a base, but designing one to better match the body.

Sprites are misaligned - look at the crouch attacks, his feet move a lot when they should be planted firmly. This really makes him look wonky. Spend some time on his sprite alignment, it can go a long way

Whilst you've used Hulk a lot of his frames are missing - usually the 'jiggle frames' that really help make the moves pack a punch. This means his attacks lack impact.

Again, just some honest feedback here based purely on the video

Yes that's exactly what I did it was a very early sprite be for I learned how to do heads lol but can you tell me where the head came from lol

Spriting needs major improvements, the head does not mesh well with the body one bit,
& it's basically another Hulk, with a Zangief move.

Ding ding ding we have a winner lol I'm glad he was made whether the sprites are good or not in the future I may do a different head now that I'm better but who knows malevka1 can you do the same thing Tom my king pin sprites just so he gets released you can add any moves you want or not

Arkady did an excellent work and original abomination no need for a new one I think

The more the merrier I say if there is sprites made and told they can be used go and use them I'm also working on another leader I don't like the one that flies around
