Guys, good afternoon!
Can someone please send me the Klaw 1.0 that was released now in the Mugen Archive? needing a lot ... I'm a fan of the character and I can't download it because I have more than 10mb

i was that person uploading, making klaw to work on 1.0 was so easy to do, while saving sff file i picked 1.0 and worked

Indeed it was! It was all released last year at mugen.archive for mugen 1.1b!!! For anyone having issues playing it in 1.0 just swap the portrait with a standard compatible palette image and save the .sff to 1.0 or winmugen
