The old version was made by MugenPlayer21 for EOH so its kind old and had some issues. While this speed up the process a lot, there are which needed to be redone: - basic attack properties - CLSN boxes on the animations (and I haven't finished it yet) - Inputs on the CMD
He is kinda goofy and I wanted to code a more serious ice themed robot, but I am enjoying working on him There are some good ideas here but I will change some moves for him, while improving others.
Toboggan Slide [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] - Added some ice fx - Now he will rebound if he touches the screen border, like on the original game.
Ice Shotgun [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] - All ice effects has a slightly transparency, like all other ice effects on the game. But, to me honest, I am not sure about it. - Added effects when the projectile flies, slide on the ground and upon contact.
Ice Shield [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] - Added some ice fx - I plan to make him to be able to thrown the ice clones towards the enemy, because if I am not wrong, he can do it on the original game. Tweaked the ice transparency a bit [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Shotgun Hailstorm (level 1 hyper) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Something I want to add him: the movement where he jumps and hang on that "hook", unleashing a blizzard on the screen, as his level 3 hyper. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
But I would need help with the sprites (3rd line on the image above, 4 sprites).

amazing sprites i love RMM project i hope you bring more and more characters to the project. is my favorite full mugen project maybe he lost this position, when you release specops lol

What he is still missing - Level 3 hyper - A better Air hyper for the Icicle Drill
I should be finishing him next week

Oh, abençoado seja você. Eu amo esse boss em Megaman e essa conversão pra mugen achei incrivel, mas a IA do char atualmente disponivel me da vontade que quebrar o pc kkkkk Aliás, já deu uma olhada nos sprites dele na versão iOS? Acho que pode ter os sprites de gelo em HD

Somm, there is a scalable AI. If you lower the game difficult, the AI will be easier. The higher the difficult setting, the harder the game gets.
We don't use HD effects on this game anymore - I do prefer the old school ones

You are saying that EOH's version is scalable with the game difficult? If so I didnt knew it But still, I cant lower the difficult of my "general" roster only for one char, I mean, his annoying and catch you in a semi-infinite combo at the wall there gets more annoying due to the damage damp, so it take years to die for it, but him still can be beat.
Anyway, I'm just glad see him here ^^
