Uno Tag Team Patcher Help

I just found out about this tag team patcher and was enjoying the thought of it's existence, so I was gonna patch all the characters that I am playing with until this showed up
Some characters had the same issues too, their animation numbers exist but the patcher doesn't seem to be detecting it
Why is this happening and can it be solved? If so then how?

I wish I knew and will you be uploading a pack of the characters if you can figure it out I think it be really useful to add some umff to my mugen and that might be what it needs

Yeah sure I'll do that, I'm pretty sure it's not that much mb to cost me
