In fact I have not had a bad day. But, yes, I am somewhat frustrated by how things are going in the forum. I just wanted to clarify that I have done everything possible so that this does not happen but that it has not worked.
The message was not just for you, just trying to get everyone's attention, so that they commit to doing things as they should. Especially moderators and team members.
It was certainly not my intention to treat you badly, and I made a mistake in expressing myself that way. Again, it's nothing personal, and I ask that you please accept my apologies.
Obviously, you can continue to ask for help. That was what a person, as you, committed to the forum should do. Excuse me again.
