How to fade PalFX ? Empty

I was trying to use PalFX where the background fades into white and then slowly fades into normal but it won't apply even if the values i use are according to the state's time.

Any ideas to make it work ?

Nvm guys i figured it out

If the values are according to time, set the PalFX time to 1
