Where are they did anyone make them i been away from mugen for a bit. I seen sprites of Ken somewhere on google but nothing at all of SF4 evil Ryu.

If they haven't been made and a sprite artist can draw either one, i will code them if u want. Them 2 characters they def need to be in mugen.
