Looks fun and he has the right move set! If you guys want add another hyper you could add drones appearing morphing the stage into a different background while the drones shoot the opponent like in the spider man movie

Big Improvement Bro i like alot the Progress
Maybe in the Stand for make him like the others sprites you can change the shadings and muscolature in the legs
If you pay attention when he attacks the shading is different i think the best solution is change the muscolature just in the stand animation, in this way you have all the sprites with the same quality of shading and muscolature
For the rest Really Solid and Fluid Gameplay Can't Wait for the Hypers Hope you make alot of Crazy Stuff

His stance is definitely better than the video LESSARD posted last..
The concept is super cool, I just hope his move set is completely NOT based off Magneto's moves because those are the vibes I am getting right now....
Other than that, great work & looks to have great potential as I mentioned.

The Hyper Moves look really good, and it's interesting that apparently some can be combined. It is also good to see how the project progresses positively, generating a lot of expectations about the char.
Now that I see him, seems a bit big compared to other characters. Or maybe it's because he is next to Spider-Man who is constantly "crouching" ...
