[HR] SF3:TS Hugo Stage Remix

Back to my remixes! Going to continue making these for WinmugenPlus but they're 1.0/1.1 compatible. There will be more of these, ideally i'd remix them all but i'll probably say fuck Oro/Sean & Ken/Alex. The next I do will either be Ibuki, Yang/Yun or Ryu, they're the ones I have ideas for.

This looks really nice dude, only complaint is that poison looks weird in that pose, anyways thanks for sharing

She moves (occasionally spins her cuffs) so she's not static. I just couldn't think of what else to add to the stage, lol.
