Yo FlavioCamarao you used the type = HitDef's palfx.xxxx = ?? without putting your MUGEN Enemy in your MUGEN Custom State, or used the type = PalFX with putting your MUGEN Enemy in your MUGEN Custom State?
At my 1st first glance, it looks like you used type = HitDef's palfx.time = ## without MUGEN Custom State and the ## was too long for palfx.time?

I see now....you were using a MUGEN Custom State..........OK I can think of two (2) MUGEN ways to fix :
1) change the start-up PalFX and add an ending PalFX like this :

2) Add a type = HitOverride in [StateDef 15300] to transfer P2 to another MUGEN Custom State when it is hit :
