I separated as many background layers as possible for a better effect. This is for Mugen 1.0 & Mugen 1.1. It comes with zo zoom & zoom options.

Thanks Borewood! I always enjoy seeing your feedback. I almost didn't add those flare thingies because I thought I was going to have to write a bunch of CtrlID stuff, but thankfully making them tiles worked just as well.
