epoch of anarchy ports

I really need to know how to make my own portraits for dcvm epoch of anarchy. basically how do you add the portrait obove the sprite to create some costum portraits myself. if by any chance someone has some that they would like to share, that would be welcomed as well. thanx

for normal chars
i use CharTemp (PNG file) in template directory... i open it with gimp and in pink window i put the big portrait ( height 140 width 120 ) and up
pink point i insert fighter image...remember to cancel blue color and index image...then save it as PNG file , reopen with IrfanView and save as
PCX file...open Fighterfactory and insert your imag e as 9000,1
