The best mugen character you know

Hey guys,im back i've improved my english once again and i got tired of doing the "Capital Letter Each First Letter"(I thought it was cringe)but,Whatever... please tell me the best mugen character you've encounterd,I might even add them to my new roster...(PS IM NOT HACKED IM JUST A BIT DIFFERENT NOW)

i haven't played in forever, but my favorites to play with were a spiderbat batman edit and the original taskmaster (non 6 button edits)

the best character that it was antatsukens akuma really good you beat him the first round he goes shin akuma and then oni and then shin oni

I agree that Urien by Rajaaboy and Gouki by Mr. Ansatsuken are more than cool!

I want to back up for my choice = SF3.3 Gill by GM :
- the 1st first completed SF3.3 Gill
- about source game accuracy (even with some minor issues)
- awesome MUGEN A.I.
- a MUGEN 1.0 available, in addition to the old WinMUGEN one
- it is by the great GM

For me its a mix of really good/good characters that I played a lot, I enjoy, or I think are well done. And to be fair, I would generally stray away from characters released by Capcom, SNK, etc. as the design is already primarily done. So for me:

Wonder Woman by Loganir (I played her forever)
Cyclops by Logair (Cyclops was right!)
Bluestreak By Diepod and Jesuszilla (so much going on with this guy)
Mystique by zVitor (Something very challenging about playing with her, but her transform move doesn't always work properly)

But there are lots of others that are really good.

yeah    his Mugen 1.0's version shines like in real game GM did excellent job on him, he is my best favorite boss of all boss fighting game characters I have seen best boss design ever

If i had to choose id say
the symbiotes by T.O.P.S + Riot (by Blagoy, Daraku , Heka and Spider9696)* ( Lasher - Venom by tops and angelese - Carnage_MMV - even Scream was ok )
I also like some of the stuff by kong (MVC2 Characters Blackheart - cable) and arkady (Daredevil specifically) and a few things from zvitor (spiderman, mystique)
