Ako from Netoge (Fix for 1.0?)

I found Ako from Netoge on Mugen Archives but she gets an error in 1.0. Can someone fix her so she works in that version?

And, since this is Sennou-Room's sole MUGEN purpose to make his Ako MUGEN1.1 only, it might be inappropriate to try to convert his Ako from MUGEN1.1 to MUGEN1.0.........especially his Ako is still under MUGEN development (so far it seems that only Ako's normal moves are done)...........
