AI Patches for Nanoha & Fate?

I just wanted to ask here to see if anyone knows where AI Patches can be found for:

If there isn't any AI Patches for them I was hoping someone here can take both characters under their wing and make them beasts? I would
really love to use them in my series but their current AI is really hit or miss. ;-;
