Very cool MUGEN1.1 stage!
I like how you used sin.y to try to make the train sprite bump up and down mildly which makes things more realistic!

Under [StageInfo]:
"zoffsetlink = elem_ID If this parameter is specified, it links the zoffset value to the y-position of a background element with the specified ID number. For example, you can link the value to a dummy element (see Other background element types) with a sin.y parameter to make the characters bob up and down in a sinusoidal fashion."
For example, give an id to your [BG 200], and gives that id to the zoffsetlink to be added to your [StageInfo]. Well, I guess there will be something to fix after you try to add a zoffsetlink though....for example, to make a dummy BG animation besides BG 200, only for the zoffsetlink.............
