Black Widow by Nicotinefist, Arkady, and Hypersonic
This is the version of Black Widow as seen in AvX, but adjusted for individual release. The most notable change can be seen in the picture above in how the sniper rifle hyper works. Other gameplay tweaks and bug fixes have been applied as well.

Downloading now. I'm rather proud of this character the three of us made.
EDIT: Hit an opponent with an electric bullet (DP+HP) and they stay electrocuted until you hit them
