This is pretty cool! What I would recommend is when he's in his giant form, add a ton of frames when he's shrinking to normal size and play the animation as fast as possible.
I think a small detail like that would polish him pretty good.
Also for his crouching, maybe he should shrink instead? Like just enough to crouching height?
He could also shrink, pick up a pebble, grow and throw a huge boulder rock.

There is still a lot of fine tuning to be done with the two hypers, shrink ray and the antman flight, but hopefully I'll can get them done in time to have a beta for all to have a go (not making any promises on how long that will take though)
